For owner-led businesses
Find the one place AI pays off in your business, then build it.
Not the flashy demo that wows the room and then gathers dust, but a real solution that earns its place. I find the one task AI can genuinely take off your plate, build it into how you already work, and show you exactly what it saved.
Twenty minutes, free, no pitch. If AI is not worth it for you, I'll say so.

The problem
You are not anti-AI. You are tired of being sold to.
And you should be. Half of what gets sold as AI falls apart the moment it meets your real data. The other half is a slide deck with a five-figure invoice stapled to the back.
So here you are. You suspect AI could help you somewhere. You have nobody in-house who could build it. And every new pitch now makes you reach to check your wallet.
You do not need more AI. You need someone who will tell you where it actually helps, and then build that.
How it works
Two steps, on purpose.
I am not going to talk you into AI. I find where it is genuinely worth doing in your business, and I build that. If it is not worth doing, I will tell you, and you will have spent a week finding out instead of a year.
The Audit
First I learn how your business actually runs. Where the hours go, where money quietly leaks, the jobs your team dreads. Then you get a short, honest map of the few places AI is worth it, ranked by payoff.
What you get
- A working session where I learn your operations, your bottlenecks, and where your hours and costs actually go.
- A prioritized map of your AI opportunities, ranked by return (impact against effort).
- One recommended first build, with the time and cost it should save you and a rough scope.
- A short written report you keep, whether or not you hire me to build it.
Fixed scope, fixed price. The map is yours either way.
The Build
Then I build it for real. Wired into the tools you already use, handed to your team with the training to run it without me, and measured against the one number we agreed it should move.
What you get
- A solution to one clearly defined problem, scoped from the Audit so there are no surprises.
- Built, integrated, and deployed into your actual workflow, not a demo.
- Handover and training so your team can run it without me.
- One agreed success metric, measured, so the return is proven and not just claimed.
No surprises, no scope creep. By the end of the month it is built, running, and proving its number.
The path
No mystery, no lock-in.
The two steps, plus the free call before and the open door after. Start to finish, nothing hidden.
-
We talk. Twenty minutes, free, no pitch. We figure out whether there is something here worth doing, and whether we are a good fit. Sometimes the answer is no, and that is fine.
-
The Audit, then the Build. About a week for the map and a scoped first build, then two to four weeks to ship it and prove its number. The two paid steps, above.
-
It stays your call. The next build off the map, me staying on to keep your AI running as you grow, or nothing for a while until you are ready. I would rather you came back because the last build worked than stay because a contract would not let you leave.
What it costs
What it costs, before you ask.
The Audit
A fixed fee, told to you up front on the call.
You keep the map either way. And if you hire me to build, the whole fee comes off the Build, so going ahead costs you nothing extra.
The Build
Priced on what it is worth to you.
You pay for what it is worth to you, not for my hours. You will know the exact number before any work starts, and it will not move.
The Audit costs a fraction of the Build, and the Build is priced to save you far more than it costs. If the numbers do not work in your favour, I will tell you in the Audit before you spend a cent more.
Why me
Why me, and not the next person who added "AI" to their headline last year.
I was building software for a living long before any of this was fashionable, and I still am.
Ten years
Reply, then Bending Spoons, now San Raffaele.
High standards
Healthcare software for one of Italy's top hospitals, the kind of work that has to hold up.
I ship
My own products, solo, with AI, every week. One is a live flight-deal service I run end to end, from the code to the customers.
No theory
What I build for you is what I build for myself.
I am taking on a small number of first clients at a founding rate, in exchange for letting me write up what we built. If that is you, say so on the call.
FAQ
Questions you are probably asking.
What if the Audit finds nothing worth building?
Then I tell you, and you have saved yourself the much bigger spend of building the wrong thing. You keep the written map and a clear read on where AI does and does not fit your business. That is a result too, just not the one we were hoping for.
You are one person. What if I need you and you are not around?
Fair question, and the honest answer is I build things to run without me. Every Build is handed over with the training and documentation your team needs to keep it going. I stay reachable, but the work does not depend on me being on call.
What could AI actually do for a business like mine?
Usually the dull, repeating work that quietly eats hours: handling inbound enquiries, pulling together quotes and proposals, chasing the same answers across your tools, the back-office jobs nobody enjoys. The Audit is where we find the one that pays off most for you. I do not guess in advance.
Will AI replace my staff?
No, and that is the wrong thing to chase anyway. I automate the dull, repetitive work nobody wanted, so your people get back to the work you actually hired them for.
My team is not technical.
Good. That part is my job, not theirs. I build it and hand it over so your people can run it without me. If they need me later, I am a message away.
Why do I have to pay for the Audit?
A free audit attracts people who were never going to buy, and turns into me consulting for nothing. A paid one is an easy yes for someone serious and a clean no for everyone else. And you get every cent back the moment you decide to build.
Is my business data safe?
Yes. What you share in the Audit stays between us, and I will sign an NDA before we start if you want one. Nothing about your business gets used anywhere else.
How long until I see something?
A clear plan in about a week. Something real and running in two to four. If someone has quoted you six months for this, it is worth asking what all that time is for.
The one step left
You have seen exactly how it works. Now let's find your one thing.
Book a short call. We will work out whether there is something here worth doing, and I will tell you straight if there is not. If there is, you leave with a clear first step.
Twenty minutes, no pitch, no obligation.
