How it works
What we do, and what you get.
The Audit and the Build are separate decisions. Get the Audit, read the recommendation, then decide. Nothing commits you to the Build.
The Audit
I learn how your business runs, what you want to improve, and what your current tools and data make possible.
What you get
- A working session. Your goals, workload, and bottlenecks, with the people who actually do the work.
- The options, weighed. Each realistic use of AI, judged on benefit, effort, risk, and running costs.
- A recommended first project. If there's a case for it, a scope and an estimate of what it's worth.
- A written report. The findings and my recommendation. Yours to use whether or not you hire me for the Build.
A fixed fee, agreed before we start. The report is yours to keep.
The Build
We pick one well-defined problem and solve it properly. I design, build, and integrate it, with your team involved as it takes shape.
What you get
- Working software. Connected to the tools and data your team already uses.
- Tested on real work. Cases from your business, with clear rules for what needs a person's sign-off.
- Training and documentation. So your team can use and run it without me.
- A measured result. Before-and-after numbers against an agreed baseline, once there's enough real use.

Pricing
What to budget.
The Audit
€1,500 to €2,500
The fee depends on the complexity of your operations. You'll have a fixed quote before we start.
If you go ahead with the Build, the full Audit fee is credited against its price.
The Build
from €8,000 to €20,000+
Priced on the agreed scope and the value of the project. You'll know the full price before you commit, and it doesn't change without your agreement.
We also factor in running costs: hosting, AI usage, and any ongoing support.
If the project doesn't pay off with those included, I won't recommend it.
During the project and after launch.
Your team's involvement
I need someone who knows the process, access to the relevant tools and information, and feedback on what I build. We'll agree the time your team needs to set aside before we start.
Handover and support
Your team gets training and documentation, including how everything runs and what to do when something needs attention. We agree ongoing support, response times, and costs up front. Further projects are a separate decision.

The person you speak to is the person who builds it.
I'm Fabio, a software engineer and entrepreneur with more than ten years in software. I've been a consultant and cloud architect at Reply and a senior engineer at Bending Spoons. Today I design and build apps for San Raffaele hospital.

Before we start.
What if AI isn't the right answer?
Then I'll tell you, and you stop after the Audit.
Sometimes an off-the-shelf tool, a simple automation, or a change to the process does the job. I'd rather tell you that than sell you a Build you don't need. You keep the report and the reasoning behind it.
Why start with a paid Audit?
Because guessing costs more.
A free sales call can't tell you what's worth building. I need to understand your process, review your tools and data, and put numbers on the benefit and the cost. The report is yours to use with or without me, and if you go ahead with the Build, the full Audit fee comes off its price.
Will it work with our existing tools?
We find out before you commit to a Build.
During the Audit, I check what your systems can connect to, what data is available, and any restrictions. Any required changes or extra costs are on the table before you agree to the Build.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It will, sometimes. So we plan for it.
We test on real examples from your work, decide what needs a person's approval, and define what happens when the system isn't sure. The more a mistake would cost, the more a person stays in the loop.
What happens to our business data?
You decide what it can touch, before we start.
We agree what can be accessed, which services process it, and who can see it. Those decisions shape what I build and which providers we use. I'm happy to sign an NDA first.
How do we know whether it worked?
We measure against how the work gets done today.
Response time, time to prepare a proposal, requests handled: we record the starting point, then compare once there's enough real use. We can track sales too, but revenue depends on more than software, and I won't pretend otherwise.
How long will it take?
About a week for the Audit, two to four weeks for a typical Build.
The exact schedule depends on the scope, access to your systems, and your team's availability. We agree the dates before each step.
