The Audit and Build are separate decisions. You can commission the assessment, read the recommendation, and decide what to do next.
The Audit
I learn how your business runs, what you want to improve, and what your current tools and data make possible.
What you get
- A working session. Your goals, workload, and where things get held up, with the people who know the work.
- An assessment of the options. Possible uses for AI, weighing the likely benefit against effort, risk, and ongoing costs.
- A recommended first project. If the case supports it, an initial scope and estimated benefit.
- A written report. The findings and recommendation, yours to use whether or not you hire me for the Build.
A fixed fee, agreed before we start. The report is yours to keep.
The Build
We choose one clearly defined problem. I design, build, and integrate the solution, with your team involved as it takes shape.
What you get
- A working solution. Connected to the tools and information your team uses.
- Testing on real examples. Work from your business, with clear rules for what needs a person's approval.
- Training and documentation. A handover so your team knows how to use and manage the solution.
- A measure of the result. Compared with an agreed starting point, once there is enough real use.

Pricing
What to budget.
The Audit
€1,500 to €2,500
The fee depends on the complexity of your operations. You'll have a fixed quote before we start.
If you go ahead with the Build, the full Audit fee is credited against its price.
The Build
from €8,000 to €20,000+
Priced for the agreed scope and the value of the project. You'll know the full price before committing. If we decide to change the scope, we agree any change to the price first.
We also account for the cost of running the solution: hosting, AI usage, and any ongoing support. The investment needs to make sense with those costs included.
During the project and after launch.
Your team's involvement
I need someone who knows the process, access to the relevant tools and information, and feedback on what I build. We'll agree the time your team needs to set aside before we start.
Handover and support
Your team gets training and documentation, including how the solution runs and what to do when it needs attention. We agree ongoing support, response times, and costs up front. Further projects are a separate decision.

I'm Fabio, a software engineer and entrepreneur with more than ten years in software. I've been a consultant and cloud architect at Reply and a senior engineer at Bending Spoons. Today I design and build apps for San Raffaele hospital.

What if AI isn't the right answer?
You can stop after the Audit.
If AI isn't the right fit, the report will say so. An existing tool, simpler automation, or a change to the process may be enough. You keep the assessment and the reasoning behind it.
Why start with a paid Audit?
You get a recommendation you can act on.
I need to understand your process, review your tools and data, and weigh the likely benefit against the cost. The report is yours to use independently. If you go ahead with the Build, the full Audit fee is credited against its price.
Will it work with our existing tools?
We check compatibility before you commit to a Build.
During the Audit, I look at what your systems can connect to, what data is available, and any restrictions. You'll know about required changes or extra costs before agreeing to the Build.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We plan for mistakes before the system goes live.
We test on examples from your work, define what needs a person's approval, and decide what happens when the system is uncertain. How much it can do on its own depends on the task and the consequences of a mistake.
What happens to our business data?
We agree how your data can be used before we start.
That includes what can be accessed, which services will process it, and who can see it. Those decisions shape the solution and the providers we choose. I can sign an NDA before we start if you need one.
How do we know whether it worked?
We compare against how the work gets done today.
That could mean response time, time to prepare a proposal, or requests handled. We record the starting point, then compare after there is enough real use. We can also track the effect on sales, but revenue depends on more than the software.
How long will it take?
The Audit takes about a week.
A focused Build usually takes another two to four weeks. The schedule depends on the scope, access to your systems, and your team's availability. We agree the start date and timeline before each step.
